Financing
According to current legislation (Law 777/2004 Coll.) health insurance companies cover 3 cycles of artificial fertilization for patients up to the age of 39 years + 364 days.
Financing of an assisted reproduction cycle is covered by health insurance companies in the following indications:
- missing or damaged fallopian tubes
- endometriosis
- absence or damage of ovaries
- infertility of unknown cause
- poor sperm quality of the partner
- immune-related infertility
- hereditary diseases and others
Some procedures within assisted reproduction are not covered by health insurance and the patient pays for them out of pocket. For your better orientation, we have prepared a price list of procedures performed at the Center for Gynecology and Assisted Reproduction GYN-FIV.
The Center for Gynecology and Assisted Reproduction GYN-FIV a.s. has contractual relationships with all health insurance companies.
