- Andrological examinations are conditioned by the implementation of a spermiogram (except S - Trial Wash Test).
- The price for transporting genetic material to another facility for patients who have received the benefit of freezing and storage is set individually according to the applicable internal regulation of GYN-FIV a.s.
- Prices listed in the Pricelist for particular procedures are final.
- Prices for medication and other procedures performed out of GYN - FIV a.s. are not included in the price for procedures.
- Payments are made on the day of starting treatment at the reception of the GYN-FIV clinic.
