- Cycle evaluation and ovulation monitoring 2-3 times with explanation, blood draw for hormones
Each following month - ovulation monitoring and consultation with a specialist

What is the process?
- STEP: Painless fertility examination of both the man and the woman. For the man, a sperm analysis is performed, and for the woman, a hormonal profile and ultrasound examination.
- STEP: We will review in detail any individual factors such as PCOS, endometriosis, advanced age, ectopic pregnancy, or recurrent miscarriages. You will receive practical recommendations for lifestyle adjustments, nutrition, and suitable dietary supplements.
- STEP: You will receive our recommendations on what you can improve in terms of lifestyle and dietary supplements. We will evaluate your cycle and during your menstrual period, we will monitor 2-3 times when you ovulate and give you recommendations on when is the best time to try at home.
How much does the natural conception program cost?
- 1st Month: Includes comprehensive examinations of both partners, consultation, and ovulation monitoring. The price per couple is 195 EUR.
- Each following month: Includes ovulation monitoring and instructions for optimal timing of intercourse. The price per couple is 80 EUR.
Why is fallopian tube patency important?
Fallopian tubes primarily have a transport function and act as a pathway for the egg and sperm, therefore their patency is key.
Problems with fallopian tube patency can lead to infertility or an increased risk of ectopic pregnancy.
What examination is used to determine fallopian tube patency?
HyFoSy (Hysterosalpingo-Foam Sonography)
HyFoSy is a non-invasive diagnostic method. It is an outpatient ultrasound examination, which is used to determine fallopian tube patency and assess the contours of the uterus. A foam contrast agent is used during the procedure, which provides better accuracy than saline solution.
The examination is safe, does not require hospitalization or general anesthesia and does not involve X-ray radiation or iodine contrast agents.
Results are available immediately, and it is best to interpret them directly during the examination. HyFoSy is reliable, but not as precise as laparoscopy with chromopertubation. Before the examination, a negative vaginal and cervical culture is required.
