SOFT IVF Cycle
SOFT IVF is a gentler form of stimulation, where lower doses of hormones are used and it lasts shorter - only 4 to 5 days. The advantage is that it is less burdensome on the body, there is no risk of hyperstimulation syndrome and most women do not experience significant discomfort.
Fewer eggs are obtained during retrieval, which may reduce the chance of conception.
Natural Cycle
Natural cycle is a form of IVF - without hormonal stimulation. The physician monitors the natural growth of the follicle and at the right moment retrieves the egg. The retrieval takes place without anesthesia, without medication and without the risk of side effects. This option is suitable especially for women who do not want or cannot undergo hormonal treatment.
Low hormonal burden also means a lower success rate, because only one egg is retrieved, but it is the most affordable path to IVF.
