Important information:
- ¹ The price for the recipient of donated oocytes includes the fee for donor oocyte cost compensation, a set of complementary procedures and services, and the 1st embryo transfer. The price does not include the surcharge for ovulation stimulation medication for the oocyte donor. Other outpatient and laboratory procedures are charged according to the current price list.
- ² The price for the recipient of donated embryos includes the fee for managing the recipient's preparation and the fee for cryoembryo transfer.
- ³ BENEFIT GYN-FIV - price for examinations, stimulation and oocyte retrieval (including anesthesia) for patients with continued treatment within one cycle. The decision is made by the physician and embryologist based on results.
- ⁴ Benefit GYN-FIV - for continued treatment within one cycle, the decision is made by the physician and embryologist based on results.
- ⁵ The UNION insurance benefit is paid to clients only after its approval by the insurance company, and is subsequently paid to the insured person's account.
- ⁶ The GYN-FIV Benefit applies to patients with oncological or other diseases whose ongoing treatment causes irreversible damage to SPERM or OOCYTES.
- ⁷ In case a laboratory method is not used, the patient will be refunded the full amount for the unrealized procedure.
- ⁸ Andrological examinations are conditional on performing a semen analysis (except S - Trial Wash Test)
General terms and conditions:
- • The price for transporting genetic material to another facility for patients who received the freezing and storage benefit is determined individually according to the valid internal guidelines of GYN-FIV.
- • The prices listed in the price list for individual procedures are final, payments are made on the day the treatment begins at the reception of GYN-FIV
- • The prices for medication and other procedures performed outside of GYN-FIV are not included in the procedure prices. During treatment, clients have the right to change their attending physician.
